Dayot Upamecano’s future at Bayern Munich continues to generate headlines across Europe, with both Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain closely monitoring the defender’s situation as his contract runs down.
According to RMC Sport, PSG are ready to step in and make an offer should the Frenchman decide not to extend his stay in Bavaria beyond this season.
Real Madrid eye defensive reinforcement

PSG enter the race

Upamecano responds to PSG rumours
Speaking while on international duty with France, Upamecano remained professional and focused, offering a respectful but cautious response when asked about PSG’s interest:
“Paris Saint-Germain is a very, very big club, with a great coach and magnificent players. But for now, my mind isn’t on that,” he said.
“I’m focused on Bayern Munich and the French national team. The season is still long, and I have an agent for that. I’m concentrating on Bayern Munich, and I hope we can achieve our goals for the end of the season.”
Madrid’s task gets tougher
With Bayern pushing for a renewal and PSG prepared to move aggressively, Real Madrid face an uphill task if they want to secure Upamecano’s signature.
For now, the situation remains fluid, but all signs suggest that the next few months will be crucial in determining where the French defender plays next season.
