About the role
Pitch, draft, and publish crisp Real Madrid news, match previews and post-match takeaways. You’ll work from briefs, follow brand voice, and coordinate with our editor on headlines, SEO and imagery.
- Write clean, accurate copy to short deadlines

- Understanding of sources, fair use and attributions
Match Analyst — Live & Post-Match (Remote)
Type: Freelance/Contract · Hours: Match-days + 1–2 analysis pieces/week · Location: Remote
About the role
- Produce quick, accurate match notes and player insights
- Turn pressing, spacing and set-piece patterns into clear takeaways
- Comfortable with basic data (xG, shot maps, pass networks)
Social/Video Editor (Short-Form)
Type: Part-time/Freelance · Hours: 10–15 hrs/week · Location: Remote
About the role
- Edit vertical clips (Reels/Shorts) with captions and brand kit
- Repurpose pressers/training into engaging highlights
- Comfortable with fair-use rules and licensing

Do you hire worldwide?
No — Nigeria only. We currently accept applications from candidates who reside in Nigeria and can work remotely from within the country.
Is this paid?
Yes — all roles are paid. RMxtra hires on a freelance/contract basis in Nigeria. We pay for every approved assignment, including the trial piece.
- Currency: NGN (bank transfer to Nigerian accounts).
- Schedule: weekly or bi-weekly, your choice.
- No unpaid tests: the trial piece is paid on approval.
- Bylines: credited for editorial/analysis work.
What’s the process?
- Apply by email (Nigeria only): send links to 2–3 best samples (or a short reel), your timezone in Nigeria, and weekly availability to careers@rmxtra.com.
- Shortlist & quick chat: a 10–15 min call to confirm role fit, rates, and schedule.
- Paid trial assignment: we share a brief and style notes; you deliver within the agreed window. Trials are paid on approval.
- Feedback & decision: we review the trial, give notes, and confirm if we proceed.
- Onboarding: brand guide, CMS access, byline setup, and payout details (NGN bank transfer).
Typical timeline: applications are reviewed continuously; most candidates hear back within 3–5 business days.
